Our Syrah has a peppery, savory character, sculpted by ocean air and sunlit days. This warmer section allows the fruit to ripen earlier, resulting in lower alcohol. In the cellar, long fermentations, gentle extraction, and time in neutral barrel preserve its cool-climate freshness, bringing an easy versatility to the table.
